Argo Energia Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. (Argo) is a company whose purpose is to
invest and develop projects exclusively in the power transmission lines industry in Brazil.
Argo was founded in 2016 by Pátria Investimentos, a leading manager in alternative investments and a
pioneer in Private Equity in Brazil, and in 2020, after the departure of the founding partners, we were
acquired by the company formed by Grupo Energía Bogotá S.A. ("GEB") and Red
Electrica Brasil Holding Ltda. ("REB").
Argo currently holds nine 30-year concessions, all 100% operational, which, jointly, encompass approximately
4,257 km of transmission lines, 36 substations, located in 10 States of Brazil (Rondônia,
Maranhão, Piauí, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Bahia,
Goiás and Minas Gerais) with head office in São Paulo, with a combined Allowed Annual Revenue
(Allowed Annual Revenue) of approximately BRL 1.6 billion*.
